Maple Lake Assisted Living

BEWARE -- Extremely Disappointing This facility is extremely overpriced ($9,900/month with increase upon 1st review) and suffers from 'excessive' staff turnover, chronic understaffing, and inexperienced caregivers. No communication with families, unknown injuries, over medicate and care practices raise serious concerns. Leadership creates a hostile environment, which impacts resident well-being and staff. Strongly recommend researching alternatives.

The staff of Maple Lake has been very gracious and very particular when taking care of my aunt, they have shown patience, empathy and a willing to go above and beyond to make sure her needs was taken care of. Which has made me a Advocate for their program, I will and have suggested their establishments to other people in need.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Very welcoming and inclusive. Thoughtful activities to engage residents. Food is fantastic! It was the best place for my aunt to be.

I have been visiting in this facility since they opened. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff is kind, helpful and cheerful. Residents are well cared for. The meals are delicious. There are activities in every area and the residents are busy and engaged. The rooms are large with plenty of space in the bathrooms to maneuver with walker or wheelchair. The grounds are beautiful with lovely fenced courtyards. I give Maple Lake Assisted Living my highest recommendation.

We LOVE Maple Lake assisted living. They have provided us a lovely place to come with our daycare children to trick or treat for many years now. Not only are the workers very pleasant, but all the residents look VERY happy. It is also the most pleasant smelling place I have ever been too!! Thank you for providing us such a lovey place to come!!
