Maple Manor is a wonderful home for loved ones in need of placement. The environment and personal attention provided create a true family feel. The staff is courteous, friendly, caring, and attentive to each person’s needs.

I highly recommend Maple Manor for good quality care for your loved one. My husband received excellent care, beyond my expectations. From day one he was treated like family, with attention, love and respect. And he was happy there. Their communication was exceptional, I always knew how Jim was doing. I will be forever grateful to Todd, Lori and their staff for taking such good care of Jim, me and my family.

Todd and Lori and the rest of the staff are amazing! My Dad had Alzheimers and was in their care for the last several months of his life and we could not have felt better about the care he was getting. Knowing that Todd, Lori, and the Maple Manor crew cared for Dad like he was part of their own family made it much less stressful for all of us. They were great at communicating with us about how he was doing, and they were keenly aware of how Dad was feeling on a day to day, hour by hour basis. When he had health issues that warranted going to the hospital, they were in quick communication with us and got him the care he needed. The care they had for Dad was evident in how much they advocated for him even when he was outside Maple Manor's care (at the hospital, etc.). Todd and Lori also bent over backwards to make sure that our contract and billing invoices met the requirements of Dad's long term care insurance, making it much easier for us to submit receipts for reimbursement. Most importantly though, we are so grateful for the love and care they gave Dad in his last days. Death of a loved one can often be accompanied by guilt and regret, but one thing that we felt no guilt or regrets over was having Dad at Maple Manor, knowing that in those final days he was amongst people (in addition to us) who truly loved and cared for him. If your loved one is in need of care, I cannot think of a better place than Maple Manor, or better caretakers than Todd, Lori, and the rest of the crew.

Maple Manor and their staff are truly amazing and care about each of their residents. My mom went from a bad care situation where she did not get the services that she needed to this amazing facility. Maple Manor staff worked diligently and compassionately in this difficult transition due to my mom’s behaviors. They were able to work and provide advice to the family on to handle the transition. Their expertise was instrumental in getting her the special attention that she required and brought a smile back to her face. She was truly happy here.
