My mother and I remarked frequently on our gratefulness to the staff at Maple Ridge. We appreciated the kind, capable assistance of Jared, Rie, River, Brooke, Lea, Barry, Nicole and several others. The nurse was reassuring and informative. The kitchen was accommodating of special requests. The salon was awesome and a friendly space. Maple Ridge was a great help to our family when we needed it. This place looks pretty on the outside, but they do NOT care for the loved ones for the price charged. The front desk NEVER helps in any way, and the room is filthy. I do NOT recommend this place at all. They are supposedly understaffed, but that is no excuse for neglect!!
