What a great place for loved ones. The team took fantastic care of our dad while he was there. Everyone was so kind helpful and caring. When the end came they did so much to help not only Dad, but also family and friends who came to say goodbye. We are so appreciative for this place that was so good to us and Dad. Thank you Maple Ridge Manor!

Words can't even begin to explain how amazing the care team is at Maple Ridge. I'm not sure how many children of aging parents have a comparison "data set" of sorts -- but I do. I moved dad to Maple Ridge after 13 months in another senior living facility. Although it was a much further drive for me, the decision was the best. Dad got to spend his final months in the most beautiful place. But the nice fixtures and furnishings pale in comparison to the care, compassion and respect that he received from Heather and her great team of care-givers. Maple Ridge isn't corporate-owned either. Its the ONLY facility managed by its owner. And to have a senior living center where the owner is present with "boots on the ground?" Unheard of? Back to the care. Here's a series of words that come to mind when describing the Maple Ridge team: Patient, helpful, respectful, compassionate, caring, concerned, and great at communication with residents and children alike. Beyond that, they are committed. Committed to making their last days the best. Committed to showing up at work. Committed to helping each other. Because of the commitment that Laura and Morgan had for my dad, he was a happy man. Thank you Heather, Grace, Myndy and most of all thanks to Laura and Morgan.

My grandfather is a current resident. Although I am unable to visit as often as I'd like (I live on the other side of the state, employed at a nursing home), the times I have been able to visit were great. The building was clean, organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The job can be tough at times, but the staff have always been friendly, kind, and respectful. When asked questions, staff had answers or were able to find someone who knew the answers to assist. My grandfather was in a wheelchair when he first arrived, and is now ambulating with a walker. I have weekly phone calls with him on Fridays, where he continually gives praises to ALL of the staff. He LOVES the food, floor staff, and even enjoys going to some of the activities. He speaks very highly of everyone there, including the owners who take the time to come and assist their staff throughout the week. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, I would highly recommend Maple Ridge Manor! A big thank you to ALL of the staff! P.s. to all of the staff reading this; working in nursing/assisted living homes isn't always easy, but keep going. You do what you do for a reason, and it means something to your residents and their families. Especially when it shows. Have a blessed Christmas and holiday season.
