This is the second time I've had to stay here. The first time was for total knee replacement rehab and that went great except for one of the CNAs you have here. The same thing is happening this time. She works second shift usually and has no empathy what's so ever! I was hoping when I came back this time she would have developed some morals and values but she hes gotten worse. Her name is Maggy I do not know her last name. I have to have a new knee put in when this infection is cleared up and I'm seriously thinking about finding a different facility.

I've had to stay at Atrium Post Acute Care twice. I stayed 1 month each time. The quality of care I received was exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful. The nurses were knowledgeable, caring, and expressed concern for my needs. The rehabilitation department worked patiently and diligently to improve my quality of life. I am very pleased with Atrium Post Acute Care. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends.

The C.N.A's and staff work very hard & they are caring. This skilled nursing home is owned by Atrium Corporation like any big business it's the #s that count. The workers and residents wish they would take a count of the cares we need. With every head there is a body that needs to be washed, pads need to be changed every time someone wets, dressed before a.m. meal every head has face that needs to be washed, teeth that needs go back into the mouth, don't forget the hair an shoes & socks, then nice slow walk to the dinning room don't forget the glasses. Nursing homes need to change with the times. People living longer they have more memory problems. C.N.A are getting older also. The young workers are shocked when they get into the real world. Low wages long hours very little time to get to know the people and paper work is crazy. If you don't write down it didn't happen. Next 5-10 years there will not be enough rooms nor workers. You just had your knee, hip replaced or even worse you had car accidents .You have go to a nursing home. Maybe 1 week or the rest of your life. You better hope this place has an open bed. The people here do really care about us.Someone please call Atrium tell them we need a van so we can go fishing or a ride, shopping a movie would be heaven.
