Absolutely the best staff ever. Never worried our Mom was getting the care she needed.

Staff steal from residents, had a weird incident with one of the male staff members there and my grandmother. Do not recommend at all. So many things such as jewelry, clothes and electronics would go missing. Not to mention all the residents looked dirty and are always wearing dirty clothes. I had to go in daily to check on her when she was out there to be taken care off. Constantly had to bring her home to give her baths and get new clothes on her. Very depressing.

Bless all of you for taking such good care of my Dad,(Sam). i got to see him for half hour, no touching or hugs but thats to keep him safe. Big THANK YOU.

After visiting with the Director with all my questions, concerns and her explaning to us why our loved ones with Dementia do & say the things they do. No one's really taken the time to put it in simple terms before why she's afraid when I'm right in the next room, she won't bathe, eat, etc... Thank you Kelly!! She took us around the entire building, showed us Mom's apt. which is awesome, far & above the nursing home where Mom was placed after swing bed last winter, and less expensive with new bedroom furniture included! We just bring her living room favorites. I think Mom will be very happy there!! Btw, they keep our loved ones busy with crafts, music, summer outings & a warm atmosphere. Good Bless you Maple View ☺️
