Maple View Retirement Community II

This place is absolutely the best place ever! My wife and I were so lucky to be able to bring my Mother to the Rich & Helen Hospice Suite for her remaining days. Shane, Malia and all (I mean ALL) of the staff were amazing. The love and care they showed our Mother and us, was genuine. I cannot say enough about the people. The entire Maple View Community is the finest, cleanest and most beautifully decorated place I have ever had the privilege of visiting. Simply the Best people and place for your loved ones. We could not have found a more amazing hospice facility for our father's last days. His treatment by staff was calm and gentle and the views were of beautiful peaceful gardens. Their overwhelming kindness helped us transition through this difficult time. They provide a compassionate, loving, and caring environment for their community members. They have skilled and experienced staff. Shane and Jill ensure their community members receive the best care. In addition to this assisted living, they also offer a unique hospice comfort suite that is quiet, relaxing, and very private.

Maple View is an amazing place! As a hospice nurse, I consider myself very lucky to have the opportunity to visit patients there twice per week. The building, rooms, facilities, and food are excellent! Even more importantly, the staff is kind, caring, compassionate, competent, and the best kind of people that you would want caring for your loved ones! 10/10 would recommend Maple View as a residence or workplace!

Maple View is a wonderful facility.. It is top of the line when it comes to management, and individualized exceptional care. The management and caregivers are very knowledgeable and put resident health, physical, emotional and spiritual aspects first when it comes to developing a plan a care for your loved one. I have nothing but positive things to say about this facility. I was a hospice nurse going into the facility and was treated like family.. this facility by far is one of the best, if not the best around . I would not hesitate to place my own loved one in this facility if they ever needed the care. I also want to mention the food- it is a one of a kind menu with home made recipes. The food is amazing! A thank you to the management and staff for making this facility an example of how all assisted livings and memory care facilities should be run. Jackie Bertram
