Absolutely ridiculous. Those of you with family members who need to be taken care of entirely, I highly do not recommend sending them to this facility. The employees will blatantly ignore patients & their requests, charge the insurance company for all the 'care' they give to their patients yet ignore them & don't come to check on them for weeks & months. A family member of mine had a torn up floor with nails sticking out of it & mind you this is a patient with a brain injury. How is that supposed to be safe? The basement floor was flooded, he could easily slip & hit his head. Took them months to even consider fixing that. There is mold growing in the cracked ceiling of the bathroom which the facility is aware of but does not care to fix. This place is a joke & needs to have legal action taken against them for the NEGLECT they give to their patients.

I know it's hard to find people to work this day and age BUT...apparently it's hard to find someone who knows how to DRIVE also! Tonight after making sure I had plenty of time/room to get out onto Wilder from a side business, I pulled out. The car to the left was quite far back and the one to the right was back and in the farthest lane. I pulled into the nearest lane...only to find the car to the right had not only changed into my same lane but had sped up!! Instead of slowing down a bit, the driver proceeded to get right up on the back of my car and honked the horn repeatedly!! Not only that, but then he proceeded to flip me off!! What a guy! I have to feel bad for whichever of the patients were riding with that maniacal troll!! The driver was a male (I assume), had reddish-brown hair and a very sour face!! If this were my employee, he wouldn't be for long!! Even if I had to drive myself, that bad attitude guy would NOT work there!! Oh did I mention it was it raining also? Makes the driving conditions just a bit more precarious! But hey...he didn't care!!
