MARAVILLA AT THE DOMAIN

My parents are currently living here. The elevator, the only one they have, is out of service, again! This time for 5 days. My parents can not get out/down from their 6th floor apartment. Both have health issues and have required EMS service in the past. The last episode was for a heart attack! Also, constantly, they complain about the quality of the food and the service in the dinning room which they go to twice a day. It is a very expensive residence and the quality of the place has gone down hill terribly. Everyday they ask to move out. I hope this gets posted and not taken down because it is a truthful review. No one is in any hurry to get this elevator fixed and how are they allowed to only put one elevator into a senior living facility?? A majority of the residents can not use the stairs. They have walkers or wheel chairs.

I was given a 5 star tour by Raquel and even invited to lunch! I enjoyed see all the facilities and the residents were very friendly. I will certainly consider Maravilla if I decide to move.

I’m so appreciative of the team at Maravilla — especially Nichole, Raquel, and Hannah. Other properties in town will woo you with promises and shiny things, but you will never find the warmth, compassion, and genuine care we’ve experienced here. Their ability to truly listen and support our family has meant so much. Everyone has been incredibly kind, responsive, and supportive with my mom. She’s settled and sleeping well and so are we! It’s hard to find a place with this kind of support, where people truly know you and take care of you every step of the way. Very grateful for this wonderful team. — Anita T.

Lovely spot. We had a delicious lunch with Hannah, the marketing associate who was our guide for our visit. We are just beginning to tour retirement communities but I expect Maravilla will be at the top of our list.9

My husband & I had an informative tour & enjoyable two night stay at Maravilla. We really appreciated the welcoming staff & hospitality shown us. Having an opportunity to visit with some residents gave a sense of what living at Maravilla could be like.
