Was dropping off groceries, and the door guy Johnny was extremely helpful in aiding me to find the room I was looking for. He’s a great guy to have working for you!!!

The ZestConnect app is very useful for finding phone numbers, some emails, and apartment information for the people I meet here. I do not use the TSO Life website for Messages; I rarely check them. What bothers me about that is that I can never erase them and I think that’s not a good thing. Otherwise, I found it useful and easy to use.

Response from the owner

Mary, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad you've found the ZestConnect app to be a helpful resource for connecting with fellow residents and accessing important community information. We also appreciate your comments about the messaging feature. Resident feedback is invaluable as we continue working with our technology partners to enhance the user experience, and we'll be sure to share your suggestion regarding message management. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for helping us continue to improve.

My parents are currently living here. The elevator, the only one they have, is out of service, again! This time for 5 days. My parents can not get out/down from their 6th floor apartment. Both have health issues and have required EMS service in the past. The last episode was for a heart attack! Also, constantly, they complain about the quality of the food and the service in the dinning room which they go to twice a day. It is a very expensive residence and the quality of the place has gone down hill terribly. Everyday they ask to move out. I hope this gets posted and not taken down because it is a truthful review. No one is in any hurry to get this elevator fixed and how are they allowed to only put one elevator into a senior living facility?? A majority of the residents can not use the stairs. They have walkers or wheel chairs.

Response from the owner

Jim, We understand how concerning elevator disruptions can be, especially for residents with mobility or health needs. The safety and well-being of our residents is our top priority. Our repair team is actively working to restore service to the central tower elevator as quickly as possible. In the meantime, the two elevators in the south tower remain operational. To help minimize disruption, meals are being delivered directly to residents who prefer not to travel, daily safety checks are being conducted, and additional support is available for those who need it. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate the patience of our residents and families while we work toward a resolution.
