My grandma has been thinking about going to a retirement home, and she keeps talking about this place. I've seen it, it's a really nice building, the people are really friendly and nice! She's not ready to move from home yet, but when the time is right she will be coming here.

Beautiful community with caring staff. I just attended an event at the facility. The staff were so kind and nice and the facility was pristine. A tour showed comfortable and very homey rooms. The chef expertly cooked some fantastic appetizers. The food was delicious and well thought out for seniors. I really enjoyed my visit to Marbella in Visalia.

Prestige has the most amazing care staff and team who treat their residents with so much respect. Everyone advocates for their residents and ensures they are getting all the resources to have the best quality care they deserve. Their activities program is amazing as well and every time I walk in the building the resident's are always engaged in a different activity.

The memory care wing at Prestige Assisted Living in Visalia California is a wonderful facility for those with dementia or other memory related problems who need professional and compassionate care. My father needed a high level of care due to progressive memory problems and placing him with Prestige was the right decision. They provided for his needs as he deteriorated until his death. At every step the staff was present and responsive to his needs. The folks at Prestige are truly gifted in providing care for the elderly. I recommend them without reservation. The facility is clean and inviting for the residents and visitors.

My mother was 89 years old and still living on her own. Each day, however, we could see that her memory was declining. We began touring the different assisted living facilities in town. They were all nice, but there was something very special about Prestige. They truly wanted the best fit for my mother whether it was with Prestige or another facility. A couple of months went by and one day my mother called to say she didn't know whose house she was in. It was as if someone flipped a switch and her memory was gone. We called Prestige the next day and they had an opening in the memory care unit. We couldn't be happier with this wonderful facility. The director is amazing and the staff are kind, patient and attentive. It is has a warm, family feel and is also very lively. The residents have a lot of wonderful activities and my mom looks 10 years younger! It is never an easy decision to have a loved one in assisted living but the staff at Prestige Impressions have made it an easy transition for all of us. My advice is, don't wait until the last minute to tour these facilities. Be prepared and even put your loved ones name on a wait list. Our need literally happened over night.
