this facility has the most kindest staff providing care to not only their residence but to visitors! We were very excited to have met the executive director, Melissa who was kind, compassionate and shows interest in providing only the best of care to those under her care! My sweet Mama has been part of the Marcy Place family for quite a while now. Their attentiveness, high quality of care and professionalism shown to her and others are just some of the reasons I chose my 5-Star Rating! While none of us nor this assisted care center are perfect, I have witnessed the genuine respect shown when they ask my name and then remember it! I feel valued! I am kept well informed about Mama with humor and at times pictures and texts! Marcy Place is a wonderful place for the elderly. The staff truly care about the residents, and it shows in the way they create a safe, welcoming environment.
