My mother recently died in that facility. When I went to get her personal belongings, her hear aids and money were missing. They had no explanations. During her 10 month there,, she went to the ER several time. In December she somehow got out of the secure facility and was found outside. The ER said her core body temperature was 80 degrees. She also had a featured hand, nobody knew what happened. I asked her and she said she was in afight. They also refused to refund the funds remaining from her paid care
