Aloha Chasity, It was a really sweet and special experience to worked with you throughout the whole process. You did take our hands and feet to make sure everything worked out perfectly. Generally, no word/s to express of how much you were willing to spend every single minute to completed our move in process. Again, we truly appreciate your support and tremendous effort to put everything together so that we can be in a best place for our family to continue to enjoy our staying at your peaceful place. Much mahalo, Anton Jr, Grace & Anton Sr.

It was such a pleasurable experience to work with Chastidy at Hale Moena Kupuna. She made our whole family comfortable from beginning to end with the entire process from the paperwork to the move in day. She is very knowledgeable, professional & most importantly so very patient. A true asset to Hale Moena Kupuna for sure.

I really Love the Ohana experience here in which majority of the Residents here live with Genuine Love and Aloha for our neighbors. Neighbors are so willing to help other neighbors, and there is always gifts that neighbors leave downstairs for other neighbors Free! The Staff here is also Full of Love and Aloha, Harvalyn, Kelei, Chastidy,Kevin,Julio, Logan, all serve all of us with Love and Aloha. I just hope and pray that Tenants and Guest would help keep our common areas clean, and clean up after themselves and Stop leaving a mess if they spill something wipe it up, so we can all live in a nice clean place especially on the weekends!!!!

Need the security doors fixed in the Kupuna building. Needs to be more on-site security. The Kupuna community room should be locked after hours (5 pm) and only accessed should be by KeyFob. On Fridays or any day that food is distributed at the community room in the Kupuna building *** there should be a few designated people assigned to distribute the food. Mainly due to many kupuna never get a fair chance to receive items because the same (people) take more than their share. This happens every week and limited items such as eggs, meats, drinks etc are not evenly distributed. Food is a necessity for all and should be shared appropriately with everyone.
