Market Street Viera is such a beautiful community and certainly has that “warm and welcoming” feeling! The concierge staff up front are amazing, especially, TJ! The nursing staff communicate very well and activities are always happening throughout the day. It seems as though the residents really enjoy the activities program. The Executive Director is a phenomenal leader at this community!

Thank you for the exemplary care my husband received at your facility. The apartment was very comfortable and peaceful. I enjoyed visiting my husband there. It was quiet and more like a 5 star hotel room. The staff was friendly and caring, he enjoyed the activities and the food. I enjoyed the report card I got each week telling me what activities he participated in. The associates that were contracted in to your facility also provided excellent care from Kelsey the LPN and Tammi the Nurse Practitioner and others. The communication with everyone was superb. Medication changes were reported to me by text immediately. I was always updated in all of his care. This facility was top notch and refreshing. We are leaving to move him closer to home. We will miss the staff and all the new restaurants we got to try in your area.

I'm a musician who has been performing at Market Street Viera for 7 years and I continue to be impressed with the quality of care for the residents the Market Street staff provides. While I'm performing, I see how the personnel truly care about the well-being of each resident, making him/her comfortable and ensuring his/her needs are handled properly. I've performed for a variety of Market Street's special occasions over the years, and each event is well-planned-out and carefully choreographed. They really do strive to make the residents' lives better each day. I usually provide the music for Market Street's monthly Sunday brunch -- a mouthwatering spread of food and drink that rivals that of any restaurant in the local area... Market Street Viera is a beautiful community with friendly, helpful staff. Communication is great! They are always quick to respond to my emails and questions. We are a vendor that takes care of their residents dermatology needs and love this community. The staff is always helpful in assisting us with whatever we may need. I would recommend this community to anyone needing assisted living, especially for those needing a memory care community.

My dad stayed at Market Street last year for a one-month respite stay, and from the start, all of the associates were so friendly and welcoming. They always answered my questions, and I felt completely confident that my dad was well cared for. When we decided earlier this year that it was best for him to move in permanently, we didn’t even need to look anywhere else—we already knew Market Street was the right place. I have so much peace of mind knowing he’s safe, comfortable, and in good hands. And the food! Every time I visit, I'm impressed with the meals.
