Last night there was no staff at all overnight...sad! Frightening

Cozy and warm, I could see myself living here! ...That was my instant impression after a week of touring various facilities around Green Bay, looking for a home for an elderly relative. The place is tucked in on the quiet, northern end of Military Avenue. As you walk in the main entrance, you'll be greeted by a super friendly staff and a beautifully displayed glass wall of tokens and memories. The place is fresh and newly renovated with abundant nooks for residents to explore and hang out in - Including a library, the Packers room, the commons area, an large activities room, a big beautiful outdoor patio, and a spacious dining room. There are abundant activities hosted by a fun loving and family-like staff. And that's the real beauty of this place: It's big enough to provide every need of your loved ones... And yet it's small enough where everyone knows everyone. And that's what makes it warm and cozy with a family atmosphere. As you explore options, make sure you put Blue Jay Springs Senior Living at the top of your list!

Just want to leave a heart warming review for the splendid facility. I was greeted with a warm welcome by the loving and thoughtful staff such beautiful people. They are very caring and attentive to the residents that's rely on them. Thank you for doing what you do.💗

This place is awful. We regret sending my dad here every single day. The place is dirty and never seems to get cleaned on a regular basis. My dad would be in the same clothes for sometimes 3-4 days straight. He would have an accident and he would be sitting in that for God knows how long. He has gotten out of the facility three times with one of them saying that he “jumped the fence.” This staff would say anything to save themselves from a lawsuit. We have witnessed residents arguing with each other and zero staff around to help calm them down. It is constantly a racket over there and I feel bad for these sweet residents that have to be here. I never felt safe with my dad here and I am so glad we got him out of there so quickly. It was the longest 2 months of our whole family’s lives. Please, if you’re thinking of sending your loved one here, don’t.

I am so grateful for the incredible transformation at what is now Blue Jay Springs & Memory Care. Prior to the ownership change, I was honestly considering moving my father out, but after meeting the new leadership team, I knew immediately this was the right place for him. The improvements they’ve made are nothing short of impressive. They’ve carefully addressed the areas that needed attention, and it’s clear they are committed to providing the best care possible. What stands out most to me is their genuine willingness to listen to my concerns. Every time I’ve brought something up, they’ve taken swift action to make changes, which has been incredibly reassuring. I no longer worry about my father’s well-being because I know he is in compassionate, capable hands. Blue Jay Springs & Memory Care is truly a place that feels like a home, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the positive changes that have been made. Highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for peace of mind and excellent care for their loved ones.
