Marquis Autumn Hills Residential Memory Care

The staff at this facility are top notch! Highly recommend! Our father moved from CA with a limited budget and this place exceeded our expectations for the final months of his life dealing with CHF. The staff are the most caring and compassionate people. We were so impressed with everyone on staff, from the director to the nursing director to the front desk person. Unfortunately, we had trouble navigating Medicaid, which had nothing to do with the facility, and the staff were nothing but helpful and supportive, especially the bookeeper. I can't say enough good things about the place!

I wanted to express my deep appreciation for the staff at this facility ❣️ The people I have spoken with seem wonderful and to know they are doing important work. My mom expressed to me how particularly kind and patient one caregiver is named Reanna. So I would like to give a warm thanks especially to her as well. There is another caregiver who has been able to bring a smile to my mother's face, and make her laugh through difficult changes of losing a lot of Independence. Laughter can be the greatest medicine. So I really want to say thank you to him. Unfortunately I do not know his name. But he is the caregiver who sometimes gives a gentle fist pump to her hand. She gets a kick out of that! But I know they have a great team there! I really like that they have the outside courtyard area available so that the residents are able to get fresh air when they would like and some sunshine too! As a physician, I have worked with a lot of caregivers. Marquis Autumn Hills is top notch. During my dad’s stay and his final days, they were compassionate and responsive. I am so grateful that he was able to get such kind people to assist him in his time of need. It’s not the prettiest place, but the people are beautiful.
