Marquis Eugene Memory Care

My friend is in the Memory Care Unit at Marquis. I have found staff and administration eager to address any concerns. In a recent incident, not of their making, they rose above and beyond to assure that my friend was well cared for. Since the facility opened, they have taken strides to assure that any glitches were ironed out and they are doing a remarkable job caring for their residents. I highly recommend the Memory Care at Marquis. Since posting the above, my friend is beginning her final journey. She is so fortunate to be lovingly cared for by her friends and in her "home" where she is content. I could not have asked for a better ending for her where she is safe in caring hands.

My beautiful wife Joyce was the first person in the Marquis Memory care on Feb 2 2022. Our move to the Marquis has been amazing. After 22 months I can truly say it has been the best move for both Joyce and I! The facility is beautiful and comfortable. Meals are varied and very good. The communication with staff is great and the caregivers are excellent! They are very accommodating with requests and suggestions. As Joyce's loving husband I have absolute confidence she is safe and receiving outstanding care! Great place!!!! Loving and passionate Caregivers!!!Excellent Staff!!!!!

My sister is a resident at the Marquis Eugene Memory Care and I am so happy with the love and service she is shown every day by every member of the staff there. Every concern I have had for my sister has been addressed and I have always felt support from the staff and the other residents families. I witness kindnesses every time I visit and the atmosphere is comfortable and cheery. I cannot say enough good things about all these good people.

At age 79, after years of struggling with dementia, my wife Judy made the move from our home to Marquis Eugene Memory Care in April, 2022. At this writing, she has been receiving excellent around-the-clock care at Marquis for one year. The overarching goal in Judy’s transition from home to Marquis was to elevate her quality of life to the highest level possible, and to simultaneously eliminate or alleviate pain and suffering. Another objective was to provide an environment that offered opportunities for enhanced socialization and participation in planned activities. These goals were coupled with the requirement to guarantee Judy’s safety and security in her new home. While achieving these goals is incredibly challenging under the best of circumstances, the entire staff at Marquis Eugene Memory Care, from the Administrator to the Director of Health Services . . . to the Resident Service Coordinator . . . to the Activities Director . . . to the full team of med techs and caregivers . . . and even the accounts manager, the kitchen staff, the maintenance crew and the front desk receptionists . . . ALL of them have consistently gone above and beyond in their selfless commitment to providing Judy with the best care possible, given the debilitating illness that she is dealing with. Every member of the Memory Care team has demonstrated their caring, compassion, empathy, and dedication over and over again during the year that Judy has been a Memory Care resident. And always in a good-natured manner, with professionalism, positivity, sensitivity and love. Individually, and as a team, the Memory Care staff at Marquis is top notch. I rest easier in the knowledge that Judy is being well cared for at every hour of the day and night. She is safe and secure and her needs are being met as much as possible under the circumstances. I believe Judy’s move from home to Marquis Eugene has been of great benefit to her and I’m more than happy with the quality of care she receives there. For anyone considering transitioning a loved one to a memory care facility, Marquis Eugene has my highest recommendation. Huff Jones

I can not shout it loud enough that Marquis Eugene Memory Care is AMAZING! My mother receives incredible care, well balanced meals, and lots of love from some of the most wonderful caregivers. I am forever grateful!
