Marquis Wilsonville Assisted Living

My experience with Marquis Assisted Living has been nothing short of awful. The way some of the employees treat family members is absolutely unacceptable. Instead of offering respect and support, they act judgmental, rude, and completely dismissive. On top of that, I’ve had staff make false accusations and assumptions about family members, which is beyond unprofessional and honestly shocking. Families come in already stressed and trying to advocate for their loved ones — the last thing we should have to deal with is staff who treat us like we’re a problem or talk to us like we’re beneath them. The hostility and lack of basic decency I encountered was unbelievable. This facility seriously needs to train its employees in communication, professionalism, and simple human respect. Based on how we were treated, I would never recommend Marquis to anyone.

I will avoid Marquis Wilsonville. Difficult at times to get discharged before self pay kicks in because doctor is off site and not reachable on weekends to do paperwork. Some “higher ups” are not empathetic.

We can't say enough good things about Marquis Assistant Living facility, Wilsonville. Our Mom has been there for over a year --the caretakers and the staff TRULY care about her. They come from a place of "yes" and do everything possible to make her feel loved and taken care of. Like any places there has been a few hiccups but the Administrative Staff has always been willing to work with us and make it right. We are not sure why these other reviews are so poor. Our experience has been completely the opposite. We are reviewing the Assistant Living Facility not the Rehab which is next door .
