Accidentally left a review here for a restaurant but I'll leave one here for Mars Hill Manor as well! I have a client who has gone here for her assisted living. The staff seems kind and they are helping her adjust well! All the people who live here continue to go on about how much they like it. They really treat their residents well and listen to them. They seem to care about their residents and their needs on a daily basis.

They do not pay thier vendors which are local small businesses who have trusted them to pay for services provided. We have been waiting 3 months for payment. Very unethical dishonest business practices.

Truly a lovely place, well designed and impeccably maintained. The support personnel are pleasant professionals. The apartments are spotless and yet very warm and homey showcasing each resident’s personality. There are common spaces that are inviting for comfortable visiting and close enough to a quaint downtown for safe adventures. Again every thing is geared towards the safety and comfort of the folks that call this place home- and a more compassionate, knowledgeable and kindhearted staff you’d be hard pressed to find. My loved one appreciates the balance of privacy and socialization. It’s always a pleasure to visit- and be greeted by the care staff and see your dear one healthy and happy.

Mars Hill Retirement is a lovely place staffed with the kindest and most compassionate staff. My mom spent two years here, and I have so much gratitude for how much thought they put into creating a homey, comfortable environment with a nice mix of activities. They kept everyone safe during Covid and went out of their way to keep families in contact with their loved ones as much as possible. I'll always be grateful for their care during such a difficult year.
