My dad was here for 5 years, everything went well until I was told that my dad needed more care. I was given 30 days to find him a new assisted living, instead 2 days after receiving the 30 day notice I received a phone call on Christmas Eve that said he suffered a stroke and was being sent to a hospital 45 minutes away. We spent the holiday in the hospital while he underwent extensive testing for 4 days. He did not suffer a stroke, in fact I was told that he was in perfect health and nothing was wrong with him. I was extremely hurt because this facility felt like family, they sent him to the hospital so that they wouldn't have to wait until the 30 days was up. I was on the phone with the owner of the facility and she told me her self that he is probably fine and he was perhaps just showing signs of being tired and needed to take a nap then i over hear someone in the background say shhh don't tell her that. In conclusion I believe this was all about money and they wanted to replace him with someone who was willing to pay a lot more money than we were paying. I am not writing this review for revenge or anything but to inform families that when they decide that they no longer want your loved one they will lie about a non existent illness to send them to the hospital just to get rid of them faster.

My dad was a resident at this facility for 2 years. He was well cared for during this time. He told me once he wish he had been there soon.
