I feel so lucky to have my mom move to Mason valley, From The beginning of planning this , was hard on my mom.. but SAMANTHA( administrator ) was patient, professional and helped us Get everything done for this move.. Samantha the administrator is so kind , caring and she really cares about her residents .I've worked in a lot of healthcare so I am familiar with how things Run ECT ...all of the caregivers, medtechs, maintence and the kitchen staff, they have all welcomed mom( Lucy her dog) & myself, with care compassion & went above and beyond to make her feel at home, & mom says the food is great! I just can't say enough. THANK YOU TO MASON VALLEY., For making this move ECT bearable.. mom is 🏡.. Julia G ,Donna Demuth ,& family ☺️💜

We placed my mother-in-law in the memory care unit at Mason Valley four years ago when we could no longer care for her at home. We were not able to find a facility in the Reno area that accepts Medicaid, and Mason Valley did. We have nothing but respect for the caregivers. They treated her like family and loved her like we did. Yes, the facility is older but it is clean, spacious, and the staff is amazing. If you need a place for a loved one to be cared for, Mason Valley is an excellent place and your loved one will be well cared for.
