I would never have anyone go to this doctor ever he did surgery or a friend I care for and I had to make a complaint after calling anybody him being in pain to get a call back than after seeing this doctor he sent us for a CT ive called for results and its been about 3 weeks still no calls not a thing I again have filed a complaint with the Marlette hospital and not a thing is being done they simply say he very busy well than maybe he needs to have less patience so he care care f9r the one he's done surgery on and said he mite have to redone it a doctor should never let a patient be in pain fir week and not do something its uncalled for

I got there early. I got my paperwork done and I got alot of questions answered. I had never met Dr. Wright until the day of my appointment and he is very nice. He explained everything to me until I understood.

I've been coming here for the past few years. The ladies in the office are very friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Dr. Boules is my PC and I'm so thankful I have him. He is very thorough, listens intently to what I have to say, knowledgeable, and extremely likable.

We have only seen Dr Nichol a couple of times and we really liked her but found it easier to get in with Shannon. Shannon is knowable, we feel completely comfortable being under her care. With that being said we are considering switching Dr offices. It takes a long time to get into be seen, I have averagely waited a month or longer. When you call half of the time no one answers, and one of the receptionist does not have the most welcoming attitude.

I just changed my pcp out of this office. I used to love it there but one of the m.a.'s is consistently rude on the phone and in person to me. Nothing bad to say at all about dr. Nichol or Shannon they are great. But if you'd like to be spoken to with respect don't ever call there.
