Mayfair House

Executive Director, very nasty unprofessional rude. How can you work in customer service in your very nasty she needs some training on manners.

Mayfair was a great Community a great option for assisted living. Awesome team, great location easy access. Staff were doing a wonderful activity when we arrived and they seemed very attentive. I see they have comparable reviews on other sites from other visitors which I would definitely agree with. Really enjoyed the layout of this building the Jack and Jill rooms are always nice to see great option. Thank you to everyone for making us feel so welcome.

I give this review solely because of some of the staff. One person in particular is VERY unprofessional. She sits in the office up in the front. When you ask her anything, it seems that you are bothering her. I could go on and on, but I won't, she's horrible. Just solely for her, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Mayfair House is a wonderful assisted living facility. I cannot give enough accolades to the medical aides, nursing staff and management who took fantastic care of my aunt. Everyone treated her and the other residents like their own family. My aunt entered this facility with some medical challenges. However, the outstanding personnel went above and beyond in providing care and support to greatly improve her health and medical condition. A heartfelt thank you to all who work at Mayfair House!

My grandfather lived here for a while after a bad fall. He really enjoyed it and how it brought him out of his shell. He made a lot of friends and enjoyed his stay there a lot. He’s back to living at home, but we would absolutely consider Mayfair for long term care again should he need it.
