Bed bugs. People that work there don't have any kind of degree or certification to care for people. Nasty place. These people need help. The people running need to be fired.

A friend was sent there after a heart attack, December, 2021. ABSOLUTELY MOST FILTHY PLACE I’ve ever been in!!!! Sheets were never changed the entire time he was there, appeared even after last resident slept there. The sheets had a brown body print. , Approximately a month and a half. I went into communal bathroom, feces on walls and floors. STILL THERE 2 weeks later when I took him supplies. I’ve made a formal complaint to Board of Certified Resthomes in Raleigh, Nc. Told them a SURPRISE inspection was needed!!!!! The same family runs another on Hwy 64 between Morganton and Rutherfordton NC. They should not be allowed to even own a dog!! FILTHY, ineptitude, no concern for patients welfare. My friend had to buy coffee and ice!! One meal a day!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIFIC PLACE!!!!!

State should investigate.
