Very nice & clean place. The girls are all nice & available when needed. But my friends tv has not been fixed since she arrived there. Needs a new wire for reception. Also the phone system is very hard to understand. Tried to change her answering machine voice mail. No one knew or could help my 84 yr old friend.

If live in Flint this is a nice place to live! Lots of trees it's almost like living in the country but in the city! Workers are Excellent workers! Those that work inside the office really Care and try to help as much as possible! Very rare to see this kind of caring! And if we Ever lose Lori and her team this place will never run as efficiently as it does! The office goes above and beyond for the people that live here!My only suggestion is that I'm sure all these workers could use a nice Bonus to encourage them!

During C-19, the director, Kelly Price, has done a remarkable job keeping the residents and staff safe. I am extremely grateful for the care the staff has provided to my mother, especially during this most difficult time. My mother has told me on several occasions how appreciative she is for the staff and that is comforting for me, since I can no longer care for her in my home. Thank you.

I was there visiting a friend. Very nice place. She was so happy in her new environment. No stairs, which was nice. Elevator was very convenient. Phones provided with intercom to let residents know of upcoming event. Thoroughly enjoyed and impressed. Staff was great.

They drugged my mother and told me she was dying and placed in in hospice care. I got her out of there and 3 years later she's still alive and no longer drugged. It took 3 months to get her back to normal after all the drugs they had in her system. I would find her sleeping in the shower and her bathroom floor flooded. That's how well they cared for her. It looks nice but beware if your loved one needs any kind of care.
