Die at home it will be cheaper, most unprofessional staff I've ever experienced in my entire life, I am not joking when I say do not even come here if you are on your deathbed it does not matter you'll be more comfortable to die at home

Regan (spelling) in Radiology was the most comforting, knowledgable tech, she gave informative information in a very calm manner without acting like a doctor or diagnosing me. She answered my questions as well as moms. My mom and I are chronically and are no stranger to medical. Regan was a breath of fresh air and so genuine and personable while being proffessional. These days both are hard to find especially in the medical field. Thank you, Regan.

Went in for a simple UTI. Went to the walk-in clinic thinking that it would be cheaper that way paid $175 to be seen by the doctor that day they did inform me that if it cost anymore I would be billed but I assumed that would cover it got a bill in the mail a couple weeks later for $471. Thinking that was excessive then called them to see why the bill was so high and they informed me that that was just a partial bill. There was another $477 added onto that for a total of $948 plus the 175 that I’ve already paid so I called and made a complaint and they did finally give me a call back and offer a settlement amount of $554.95 . So I paid it, but will never be back to this hospital again.

The housekeeping was terrible. I was in there for over a week and they didn’t show up until the day I left. My shower had wet towels in it that stayed there for at least two days. The rest of the staff tried to do their part in taking up the slack, but they had more important things to do like take care of the patients. I have been trying to get hold of someone to voice my complaint, but so far I haven’t got any response Also, recently I was in their outreach clinic in Williston. When I asked to use the restroom, it was not even handicapped accessible. Hello, I was in an orthopedic clinic. Why not??

McKenzie County Health System seems to get better every time I visit. From the beautiful landscaping to the welcoming from staff when entering the buildings, it sets the tone for a great visit. Lab and imaging are among the best I’ve used anywhere. The medical providers including family practice, pediatrics, urology, orthopedics, general surgeons, hospitalists, emergency doctors, and urgent care - how did Watford City get so lucky? The care provided at MCHS is second to none. Thank you for being here. Our community is so lucky that we no longer have to travel anywhere from 1-3 hours to get medical care.
