McMullen Assisted Care (MAC) is an exceptional facility, led by a team of truly kind, compassionate, and dedicated professionals. During the eight months my mother lived there, it consistently felt like home. The staff treated her—and our entire family—with warmth, respect, and genuine care. It never felt like just a facility; it felt like a community where everyone looked out for one another. To anyone considering McMullen Assisted Care for themselves or a loved one, I wholeheartedly and confidently recommend it. The peace of mind their team provides is invaluable.

Our experience with McMullen Assisted Care in Loudonville Ohio was the greatest we could ask for. Kay was with them 12 months and there was never a problem with the staff or the owners. They were the best of the best. Always open minded to any suggestions. They treated everyone as family. The facility was always clean and welcoming. The even let us put in a small flower garden outside her window, complete with bird feeders and bird baths. Kay loved watching the birds and squirrels and an occasional deer come up to her window. If you are looking for assisted care for your loved ones, you cannot find a better place than McMullen. I hope they will still be taking care of people in 20 years when it is our turn to be cared for.

My father moved into McMullen Assisted Care two years ago. The staff was welcoming and immediately made it feel like home. I could not have asked for better care for my father, and his medical needs were many. He took advantage of the activities offered and thrived in McMullen’s caring atmosphere. Any needs or requests were quickly responded to. Communication between the facility and family was excellent. When my father’s time on earth came to an end this summer, the entire staff rallied around him and my family. I am eternally grateful for the love and compassion that was shown during one of life’s most difficult times. We are so blessed to have such a wonderful facility and caring staff in our community.

Dad has been there a couple of years now and it is so nice to be in a smaller quiet facility. They always have something going on and even take weekly drives to get everyone out and about. We are very lucky to have this in our community and you couldn’t ask for better care. They go above and beyond.
