I really enjoy Meadow Creek Village. They have some long standing employees who really care and have the biggest heart. Not only are the residents taken care of but they are met with kindness, compassion and laughter everyday. The staff are very respectful and respond quickly to call lights and take the time with the resident rather than rushing them in a shower or to the restroom etc. Highly recommend this place for your family or friends.

I am moving my father in law here from out of state. The staff has been incredibly helpful and has bent over backwards to make this a smooth transition for all of us. I highly recommend this facility as a truly caring home like setting with an amazing staff!

This place is an absolute disgrace. The management is beyond unprofessional—rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in actually helping the residents or their families. Any time I tried to bring up legitimate concerns, I was met with attitude and excuses instead of solutions. The way they run this facility is chaotic and careless. Communication is nonexistent, staff seem overwhelmed and unsupported, and the managers act like any complaint is a personal insult rather than a serious issue affecting people’s lives. I’m furious that a place that’s supposed to care for vulnerable residents is run with such incompetence and disrespect. Families deserve better than this. As well as The food at this facility is absolutely atrocious. Calling it “unedible” is an understatement—some of the meals look and smell like they were thrown together with zero care, zero effort, and absolutely no regard for the health or dignity of the residents. It’s cold, rubbery, flavorless, and in some cases so unappetizing that it’s downright insulting. I cannot believe a place that’s supposed to care for vulnerable people thinks this garbage is acceptable. Residents deserve real meals, not whatever mystery slop is being dumped on their plates. The fact that management allows this level of neglect in something as basic as food is beyond infuriating. If you value your loved one’s health, comfort, or overall well-being, look elsewhere. No one should have to eat like this.

Meadow Creek Village is a sweet facility tucked away on beautiful grounds where wild turkeys and even peacocks sometimes roam. The best part about Meadow Creek is the residents themselves. My mom moved in and immediately made many good friends with whom her time was too short, due to cancer. Many of the people who work there genuinely seem to care for residents and their wellbeing. This is a lovely community with special people in it and I hope they continue to look out for one another.

It would be prudent to exercise caution when selecting this particular location. It would be advisable to consult the website of the ODHS, as they are responsible for investigating allegations of abuse and licensing violations. It would not be prudent to place my most critical adversary in this situation, as the smiles appear to be a false facade for the chaos that is ultimately revealed beneath all of it. It is worth noting that there appears to be serious abuse occurring, and that is precisely what has been captured and documented. Please be mindful.
