The staff at Meadowlake was excellent. Michael and Alexis went above and beyond in caring for my friend. She had been in 4 other nursing facilities in Tyler and Meadowlake was by far the best. Thank you for caring.

My experience at Meadow Lakes was exceptionally good. I was in to rehabilitate and the physical therapist were great. The CNA‘s were exceptionally kind and such a pleasure to be around. We brought dad to Meadow Lake due to the professional presence of Hannah Jackson. She helped in every way possible to meet our needs. I understand she will be leaving her position and it saddens me because she is one of the main reasons we chose Meadow Lake.

My experience with assisted living side with a client that I have was great. staff very nice friendly and helpful when needed. I love the second shift staff their very wonderful , caring and one that cares so much her name was Kim she was very helpful and came in to personally check on the clients also a few of the ladies on the morning shift. Understand assisted living, they are there to help assist those who are mobile. This place is the best, placing yourloved one here they will get the care.
