I would put zero stars. These so called places that claim to help people in need need to take a class or two in domestic violence and/or abuse in general. People who are in need of help often are victims of abuse / domestic violence to have no support from family whatsoever and all you people care about is how long they reside at a residence and why is your name different not considering the fact that maybe they're hiding from somebody that abuses them so how on Earth can you claim to help the community when obviously these are the reasons that people are homeless and you claim to be low housing helping the community blah blah when you demand all this rental history when obviously people don't have rental history from places that they had to escape from and have absolutely no support so thanks a lot for once again turning down someone that actually needs help you people really need to sit down and think about claiming that you're helping people because you are not.

Very disappointed with their executive director. Very unprofessional and no customer service. I have had several interactions with her and all have been unpleasant.

Meadowbrook Manor is a nice place to live. Allows 1 cat or 1 small dog under 25 pounds. Very clean, well maintained. Laundry, beauty salon, & masseuse on site. All outside doors are automatic, safety locks after hours.
