Joe Whitfield is an excellent ED and leader. He is very hands-on, interacts well with the team and members, and ensures tasks are completed correctly. He’s very understanding and has significantly contributed to the growth of this facility.

This is the most wretched place to send a loved one. A patient sexually harrased me and when i went to the director (joe & zyeta) i was asked by the director and zyeta to demonstrate on my own body what the patient did in a room full of people including the offending patient. I had to rub my lady parts to show what the patient did (he rubbed his genetals in front of me). I was mortified. State & adult protective services ended up getting involed, as they should have. The offending patient had also done innapropriate things to other woman there as well. Director does nothing to remedy ANY issues. BEWARE OF THIS FACILITY!! I left after 3 and a half weeks!!

The look and feel of the community is great, the staff are always hard at work and the people living there where having fun. The place was lively and there seemed to be plenty of exiting things happening. I just walked in and they were so welcoming, I immediately felt at home. Thanks Joe and team

The entire staff is amazing, the facility is always clean and secure, and residents are genuinely happy to be there. My uncle moved in a few months ago and he loves it. His only complaint is that he may start to gain weight because of Ms. Mary's good cooking. The Director Mr. Joe, Ms. Ziyetta, and Nurse Karen are amazing and genuinely care about the emotional and physical well-being of their residents. It feels like home and I highly recommend stopping by for a visit if you or a loved one is searching for a community with a great culture that provides high quality care.
