MEADOWOOD ASSISTED LIVING & MEMORY CARE AT THE VINEYARDS

We just moved both of our parents into Meadowood. We are so impressed with the staff, the facility and the overall experience. They have worked so hard to make the transition easy for our parents. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful, clean and in excellent condition. Safety seems to be a priority. I would highly reccomend to anyone needing assisted living.

I can’t say enough about Meadowood starting with the management team ( Stscey, Judi, Connie,Lisa and Elsa) from a smiling face from the minute you walk in .The medical team ( Laura and Carlos) helping navigate the ends and outs of care. To the caregivers, med techs and all that help with the day to day of running the facility, you are appreciated. My mom’s care is the most importantly to our family and there are some wonderful people that care for my mom( Cheri. Peaches, Latrice, Phillip, Costa, Susana, Juliette, Rose, Shante) i hate to think i left someone out but those are some of the people my mom has gotten close to over the last few years. The team has helped out our family through some rough patches! I highly recommend this facility!!!

I recommend Meadowood Assisted Living highly. It is a very welcoming and “homey” atmosphere. The administration and caregivers truly care for their residents and consider them family. Our family felt very comfortable knowing mom was comfortable and engaged here. I visited often and was welcomed as family as well.

Visiting different memory care places in the mid cities area for a relative. Wanted to give a shout out to Judi Galzerano. She’s their sales director and was excellent. Absolutely no pressure, gave us some valuable tips and the place, Meadowood located in Grapevine felt like a real home. My wife and I were impressed with the staff and in particular the place itself!! We have been to 4 so far.

I'm a private caregiver and have a few clients at this facility, and they have far the best memory care conditions as far as engagement with residents and overall care. Their nighttime and weekend care staff is, unfortunately, spread pretty thin, but the overall dedication and quality of care really is exceptional, and the food is really great.
