Meadowood Retirement Village SCALF

This has to be the most unprofessional place that I have ever had to deal with !! This is not the place I chose for my mother n law to be but with some shady stuff thats where she's at hopefully for a few days !! Did I mention rude as well.im not sure how they are still open,when ask to show me polices of there visitations they couldn't.so we had to leave her without even seeing her or her room.God only knows wht the inside looks like cause the smell and the looks of the few residents I seen i can only imagine.then when we tried to call her when we got home they hung up on us 3or 4 times.then didn't even know who she was and told us it would be Monday before we could speak to her..RED FLAGS ALL OVER THIS PLACE..HELP !!!!

Awful!!! Really would rate this NO stars. These people are incompetent in caring for at risk patients. Not trained in handling life threating emergencies. That ultimately caused my mother imminent/severe harm. If you love your love one. DON'T bring them here.

I cannot beleive the unprofessionalism coming out the office of this place. My Mom wasnt even there 2 weeks, she got there May 23rd, they werent giving her the medicine and she was sent out to hospital for a behavior June 5th the same day i made her first payment. The payment consisted of the last weeks of May and ALL of June . She was not allowed to come back to Meadowood. They sat all of her things outside for us to pick up when we can and still to this day have not reicieved a refund. Total waste of time and money. Im so grateful to have my Mother home with us. Shes better off home with us. However, i do appreciate 2 techs... Jessica & Erikka!
