Review for TheAnchor We had an amazing weekend at The Anchor. We had a group of about 16 aunts, sisters and cousins and the space was perfect for our group. There was ample seating for meals, plenty of clean, comfortable beds, many with their own en suite bathrooms. The amenities, like coffee makers and dishes, serving platters, cups and other items were very convenient for our large group. The staff member, Damica, was so wonderful and answered all of our questions and made us feel at ease. THE LOCATION! Truly beautiful. The view of the lake from the house is gorgeous. Great photo opportunities! There is a walking path to the beach. The sun rise in the mornings are beautiful. I highly recommend this property for adult groups looking for a gathering space with room to spread out, within minutes of shops and restaurants and seconds from the lake.
