This place is awful , there is people hollowing for just a glass of water, begging and pleading for them to bring water, my patient there had to throw something in the hallway because they never answered her when she pushed the button ! So sad 😞

My sister was a resident here for a year. She was treated with kindest, love and respect until the day she passed away.

The care here is decent. The food is terrible. They need to get some decent cooks in. I e never been to a place with such awful food.

I would not send anyone here. These people were very abusive to my father. They were supposed to be doing rehab and didn’t and lied to the insurance company and said they did twice a day. Just threw the food tray on the table and not fed him. He had a stroke. Kept him dirty and lost his clothes. The staff were very rude. He got thrown out after 21 days and had the nerve to try to send me a bill which I will not pay. They said he could stay but have to sign everything he owns to them. Greedy facilities. I should have gotten an attorney and sued them for the abuse and neglect. They need to be shut down.

DO NOT SEND A LOVED ONE HERE. One star is too many for this facility. They are so sweet and helpful when you first meet them and then when you get your loved one there you realize very quickly what a good front they put up. They were horribly rude to my grandmothers roommate and wouldn’t help her get in or out of the bed, sit up, eat, anything. She would lay in bed and just cry quietly until someone would finally come in and say “what you cryin for???? Well what can i do about it” before quickly rushing out. She was a very polite, quite, sound minded elderly woman. They were horrible. My grandmother was there for an infection sustained after surgery and they did not give her her prescribed medicine, didnt change bandages, even had bodily fluids on bandages which were removed at the new facility. Leaving there was the best decision, leaving my grandmother at woodland probably would have killed her. If you have a loved one there, check on them.
