MEMORY CARE OF CONTRA COSTA

I’ve had a great experience working with Tommy Ng, the Sales Director at Contra Costa Memory Care. Tommy is professional, responsive, and truly understands both the clinical and emotional sides of helping families navigate memory care decisions. He is thoughtful, patient, and takes the time to make sure my clients feel informed and supported throughout the entire process. He communicates clearly, follows through, and genuinely cares about finding the right fit for each resident. Contra Costa Memory Care is fortunate to have someone like Tommy leading families through such an important transition. The community does a wonderful job supporting residents with dignity and compassion, and it’s always reassuring to work with a team that is so committed to quality care. I highly recommend both Tommy and Contra Costa Memory Care to any family looking for a strong, supportive memory care community.

My mother has been at Memory Care of Contra Costa for six months now. I visit her every day (except when I'm sick or some other issue), so I see how she is treated. The people there are spectacular. I'm amazed at how they can distract my mother to get her to do what needs to be done. Their skills are wonderful. They treat her with respect and often humor. My mother's room is beautiful and my mother really likes it (when my daughter-in-law saw the room, she said she wanted to move in!). When I have questions, I get a quick reply. I'm very happy with the care my mother receives at Memory Care of Contra Costa.

A little over a year ago, my aunt became a resident of Memory Care of Contra Costa, and we have been nothing but pleased with the facility, the staff and the quality of life experienced by my aunt. The facility is clean, orderly, safe and inviting; and the staff is very attentive to all the residents. The specific care afforded my aunt has been wonderful including times when extra attention is needed due to a medical issue or some other special circumstance. I visit my aunt a minimum of four to five times per week so I’m able to witness firsthand the quality of daily care each community member receives from the staff. I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of care afforded by Memory Care of Contra Costa County.

Excellent care, home-like surroundings, very caring staff. My Aunt has been a resident since May 2024 and she is well taken care of. We visit regularly and are always amazed how friendly and up-beat everyone is. Really, we couldn't ask for more. We had experience with her in a facility in LA...it was our worst nightmare. We moved her up here near us and we are feel very fortunate that she is in such a wonderful, caring environment, The Carlton, Memory Care of Contra Costa County!

My Dad suffers from advanced dementia. His care was becoming too much for my mom. We found the Carlton, met Tom, took a tour. We liked what we saw. I saw happy, well cared for residents, a clean facility and most importantly a staff who cares and seems happy working there. We decided this was the place for dad. My brother arranged to get a care assessment by Tommy. Stopping for coffee before, my dad suffered a very bad fall in a parking lot. He was rushed to the hospital, spent 8 days in ICU. While he was in the hospital, Tommy came to the hospital to complete the care assessment so he could be moved directly to the facility, wow! My dad has now been a resident since October 2022, loves his caregivers and actually doesn’t get as anxious due to their regular, engaging schedules and activities. We are very pleased and have the peace of mind about his happy, safe quality of life.
