We could not be more grateful for the care and compassion shown by the entire team at this memory care facility. From day one, the staff has treated my mother with dignity, kindness, and genuine warmth. It is clear that they truly care about each resident and their families. I want to give special recognition to Nichole, the Community Director, and Stephen, one of the nurses, who went above and beyond by accompanying my mother on a cross-country trip. Their professionalism, patience, and compassion were extraordinary, they made what could have been a stressful journey feel safe and smooth. They treated my mother like family every step of the way. The level of attention, empathy, and dedication here is exceptional. We have complete peace of mind knowing our loved one is in such capable and caring hands. I would highly recommend this community to any family looking for outstanding memory care.

Dementia is an awful disease. It pains me to see my mother forget who I am, where she's at, the concept of time, all of it, is hard. I try to visit her everyday but she doesn't know a day from a week from a year. I searched many communities in New Braunfels, San Marcos, Wimberely and San Antonio and I found this one to be the best fit. As a company, there pricing is fair market value, their rate increase are fair and their staff all hard working. They do their best to see that my mom's needs are met from cooking hot meals, to bathing, to tolieting, to helping keep her room and her stuff clean and organized. They have daily activities to keep them engaged in life and keep them social. My mom may not remember the staffs names but her face lights up when she sees their faces, so I know she feels comfortable and loved, which makes me feel confident in my choice. If you are looking for a place for your loved one, come and visit.

I have been in the senior industry for about 16 years. I have had many experiences with an all Memory Care community, so that means I am choosy with who I would recommend to a loved one who needs Memory Care. I see the care these residents receive, and the love that the staff has for them. It is what I would want for my loved one! Keep up the great work!
