Grand Brook San Antonio is the most home-like experience for your loved one. I’m fortunate enough to be a part of the family because my Nana is a resident. When looking for places we were most impressed by the staff’s knowledge of the other residents, everyone addressed each other by name. Since move in, even though they have many residents, Nanas experience has been very personal. The management group has great personality and jump to address comments (because we never have concerns) immediately. Their attentiveness to not only the uniqueness of my grandma but to our family, has been so admirable. We are blessed to have decided on this place, there’s no other community we’d want to have Nana call home.

Our grandma just moved into Grand Brook Memory Care of San Antonio, and I couldn’t be more happy with our experience. Hailey was absolutely incredible and made the entire move-in process so gracious and smooth. Transitions like this are never easy, but the staff truly made it all worth it. The Active Director was one of a kind, the ED was amazing, and honestly every single staff member we encountered was kind, attentive, and welcoming. You can truly feel the care and compassion they have for their residents and families. Thank you all so much for everything you do — we are so grateful.

I went along with a lifelong friend when she toured Grand Brook for her auntie, and now that she’s been living there for three months, we’ve all been so impressed. Every time I visit, the staff stands out—they’re so involved and genuinely caring with the residents, way more than anywhere else we toured. The move-in process was full of thoughtful little touches, and Hailey really went above and beyond. The welcome basket was such a sweet surprise. We’ll definitely keep recommending Grand Brook to anyone looking for a loving, welcoming community.

One of my lifelong friends brought me a long with her when she toured Grand Brook for her Grandma. She’s now been a resident here three months and the community has really impressed us all. I love tagging along on visits, staff is far more engaged with the population than any place we visited during the search. I’d like to personally thank the community for making such personal touches during the move-in process. Hailey’s attention to detail with the welcome basket blew us away. I have a family member who is a patient within the Grand Brook family. And it's just that... not a facility, or community, but a family. I always feel very reassured that the best care is provided as well as an incredible level of compassion that is not usually seen within traditional family settings. Most noteworthy is the leadership team at Grand Brook. They are the best! I could have my family member live at a closer location, but I am willing to drive the extra 30 minutes to be part of this family. Thank you, Grand Brook.
