The team communicates clearly, keeps families informed, and makes the entire process feel personal. You can tell they genuinely care about the well-being and progress of the people they serve. kind, responsive, and always willing to help or answer questions. It’s refreshing to see such a dedicated group of people working together with so much heart. Highly recommend NeuroRestorative to anyone seeking quality, compassionate care for their loved one.

Best of the Best! Everything about this facility is top notch. The rooms, the services, the LSts…( claudi, Morgan, Shebuso, and my good buddy Jordan, Morgan, Blue and the lovely Rosa, who were always there to help me help myselfthe Therapists (speech, Physical and occupational are the Best I’ve ever worked with,Bobby and Ditas took me on as a personal project , as did the awesome Sierra and fellow Texas State Bobcat Lauren, who was convinced wshecould get us to line danceand I’ve been to 5 rehabs throughout Texas. The Nurses are great and are led by the best nurse supervisor, Aylin. Dr Gonzales is very involved and is extremely thorough in her work Juanita Jackson an Mike run the place extremely well ( Led by Erin ) who was always one of my beiggest cheerleaders , and Rebecca and another ladyare the best receptionist s and made sure all my mail and packages were secure I cannot say enough good things about this place, if it weren’t for my insurance being flaky, I would be lobbying to still be there, where I feel like I like I made my best progress, and every place I’ve been since pales since pales in comparison. Oh, and the food is great. Mike takes great pride in his kitchen and I made great progress t in my health while there.

If you or a loved one has a brain injury NeuroRestorative is the place to be! Their therapy team is amazing, and will work hard to get you back to baseline. David Barerra is my point of contact from a case management standpoint, and he has been nothing but incredible. He makes sure we stay educated and up to date on the different programs NeuroRestorative offers, and patient outcomes. David arranges amazing marketing events in the community, and still manages to pomptly respond when a referral is received. When I follow up with patients, they always share that their experience was great at this facility. Good job!

My husband was an inpatient at Neurorestorative for a month. The therapy team is amazing. They brought him back to almost fully functional status. He was encouraged and motivated throughout all his sessions. The staff including the chef and cleaning guy were polite and accommodating. I recommend this location, but go in there knowing that this is not going to be a cakewalk. It will be a difficult journey that requires lots of patience and most of all compassion for your loved one.

I see a lot of negative reviews primarily from the staff which is completely different from my experience as a patient here. My stay here was a pleasant experience, attentive staff and the manager running the place Juanita are all kind individuals who put patients needs first. The only gripe majority of the patients had was with the female cook who comes in 3.5 days a week. The male chef, Michael, is excellent. The person who manages the PTs and OTs here, Heather is also great. My experience with Julie, Roni, Prachi, Casie, Josh and Nick (PTs and OTs who were working with me) was very good. The gains I made here are due to all of them, the staff, the nurses etc. Thankful to each and every one of them.
