MERCER TERRACE

Mercer Terrace Assisted Living is an amazing community. The atmosphere is pleasant and inviting. I enjoy watching the expressions and interactions between the staff and residents. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Assisted Living.

My father who's now 101 has been in Mercer since 2017. They've had their share of changes. Some good and some less so. I want to say that since 12Oaks took over there has been a move towards excellence that we greatly appreciate. The staff is very dedicated to helping in any way possible and they're just good people.

Mercer is a small community so the staff and residents can really get to know each other. It has a more family atmosphere than any other assisted living center I have been in. My Mother has been there over two years and they have always taken good care of her. No place is perfect, but I recommend Mercer to anyone looking for a place for a loved one.

When I mother passed away in June of 2021, we had to move my step father into assisted living. So in July 2021, he moved to Mercer Place. He has been well taken care of, the staff calls me if he needs anything and they have been very good to him. They work hard to provide a safe environment for the elderly. Rachel Gilbert has helped me each step of the way and responds to all my emails and questions. Allen plays games and interacts with the other people who live there or he can just stay in his room and watch TV. When he got out of the hospital, the staff helped him get back on his feet. Thank you Mercer Place!

Mercer Place came highly recommended and just keeps getting better. I love the family atmosphere and the warmth and care that my father is getting. The employees are happy and caring and treat my dad as a friend. My father is in the best place! Mercer is an answer to prayers!
