Merciful Hand Assisted living is well established and professionally operated care giving home.The owners are God fearing and highly accommodating, treating the old with humans feeling with little or no emphasis on money or rewards. The staff are well trained and highly disciplined. I recommend them for anyone who may need their services.

I have witnessed the exceptional care provided at Mercyful hands assisted living over many years. I have seen first-hand how thoughtful and experienced caregivers work diligently to provide a loving and comfortable environment. The facility is well managed and of high quality. The owners claim this facility is a home environment and your treated as if you were there family . If that's true why didn't they eat the horrible canned food that was served to residents . Residents are left hungry daily . Rarely any Ice in their drinks . Critized if they were still hungry or if they complained about the half of a soy burger or tiny wilted lettuce served as salad .Residents are humiliated if they complain or ask for anything different . Staff has even taken pictures of residents soiled diaper sent it to owner and owner humiliated resident and scolded them for making to big a mess . We family confronted owner they were told that it never happened and resident is a liar . The residents are scolded if they voice ant concern . Never see a Dr. they are never weighed . Want you to make appointment to see loved one but, when you do snd drive two hours to get to facility staff alerts owner and owner scolds you on phone telling you it's not a good time . Menus or any type of paperwork about facility is never provided. Staff even encourages you to hold off on fluid intake before bed because obviously you won't be changed until next morning . If your family member gets sick don't worry they don't call you to inform you . Was told by owner it is completely normal for a resident to go to hospital and be transferred from ER directly to ICU . Normal practice he said everyone does. Also wanted to send my family member on a wheelchair van ( that we the family would pay for) to hospital instead of calling for ambulance . If you bring anything to their attention they become irate and threaten you yo never be allowed at facility to visit your own family . The residents there need a voice and someone to speak up and protect them . This facility is not fit yo be operating . I fear for residents health if they stay in this facility .
