Mercy Elderly Assisted Living is a very caring and loving facility that feels like home. It is very difficult when you are faced with a loved one who has serious health challenges. You quickly learn that there are not many options available when the person you love requires continuous 24 hour care that is beyond your capability. My family and I were at the end of our rope trying to find the best care for my sister. It can be emotionally exhausting. We needed a place that was not only competent, but loved her as we do. We didn’t know where to turn and then we found Mercy Elderly Assisted Living. We were hoping for a place where my sister could survive with dignity as she has struggled far too long with a serious chronic illness. At Mercy Elderly Assisted Living, my sister didn’t just survive-she THRIVED far beyond everyone’s expectations. It was almost unimaginable! We prayed for a miracle. Having had experience with a few other facilities, this was the perfect fit! From the time you walk in it feels like a home, not a facility. The staff have been the exact same faces ever since my mom moved here. Seeing the same faces is very important for my moms needs, and for me it reflects how well the owner takes care of not only her staff but her clients as well. Everyone is kind, consistent with the plan of care and the home is always clean and filled with good smells from the cooking. I would highly recommend sending your loved one here.

This facility was a God-send for my mother. She has been here for the last 9 months, and they treat my mother like family. She gets individual care and attention since it's a smaller facility. The owner and the staff care deeply about the residents and you can see that in the well-being of them. My grandmother stayed here and I've never seen a facility filled with so much compassion, gentleness, and passion in caring for the elderly.
