MERCY HOME AT PLANO LLC

Mercy Home at Plano Assisted Living has been an absolute blessing for our family. My mother has been living there for the past 18 months, and the care, compassion, and respect she receives every day give us complete peace of mind. The environment truly feels like a home, not a facility. The staff treats residents like family, taking the time to understand their individual needs and personalities. The level of attentiveness and genuine kindness is something you don’t find everywhere. A very special shout-out to Titi, the owner, whose heart and dedication are evident in every aspect of Mercy Home. Her commitment to excellence and resident well-being sets the tone for the entire place. I also want to recognize Tino, my mom’s caregiver, who goes above and beyond with patience, warmth, and professionalism. Knowing my mom is cared for by someone who truly cares about her means the world to us. I am deeply grateful to Mercy Home at Plano Assisted Living and highly recommend it to any family looking for a safe, loving, and supportive place for their loved one.

My father spent his final 3 months under the Hospice care at Mercy Home. During this time, Titi and the entire staff were patient, thoughtful, caring, and truly loved him. It was one of the most stressful times of my life, and the staff helped me every step of the way. When I brought my dad to Mercy assisted living he had a level 4 wound that had not healed for 4 months. Once he got to mercy house his wound had cleared completely up in 6 weeks. Me and my father have had nothing but the best experience and I appreciate how clean everything is all the time. I am very happy with Mercy Assisted Living and feel very lucky we were able to get in to this place.

Mercy home is amazing! I have been there a few times to visit my friend’s mom! The staff has always been super sweet and caring. They help to make this mom’s experience the best! She is always smiling and laughing with the other tennants! Makes my heart happy everytime I visit!!

Mercy home at Plano is such a great place for my mom. My mom is at home and has a great community to take care of her needs. All of the residents are clean, happy and have many activities during the day. I love this place for my mother. You can’t pay enough for the care my mom receives.
