Mercy Village #2

The staff at Mercy Village create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making residents and their families feel a part of a loving community. Their dedication has made a positive impact on our family. We are so pleased with our experience at Mercy Village.

We moved my mom into Mercy Village and the staff went out of their way to make her feel comfortable. Her spacious apartment was updated and clean. There is always something fun going on and she has met many new friends. We are very happy with her living there and would recommend it to others.

Everyone at Mercy Village in Fort Gratiot have been awesome. Starting with Jan who first introduced us to the building and the protocols to Rich who has bent over backwards trying to make our mom feel as comfortable as possible. The entire staff has been more than accommodating to every one of our wishes. I would strongly recommend Mercy Village for anyone looking for independent or assisted living in the Blue Water area.

My aunts found a home at Mercy Village. They moved from another facility and the difference was profound. Rx Home Care took care of my more elder aunt prior to her passing, and during her Hospice Care. The care was wonderful and caring. The surviving aunt deeply appreciates Rx Home Care in all they do. She has stated multiple times "this is my home"

Mom has been a resident of Sanctuary Mercy Village in an Independent Living Apartment for over 3 years now. The staff is very accommodating and kind to her and our family. We are grateful to have found a place where she is comfortable and safe, yet still maintains some independence. They offer many services and are located in a very convenient area. They provide many services, including local transportation 3 days a week, for errands, doctor visits, etc., which is a great relief for us as family members. Sanctuary at Mercy Village maintains high standards of hospitality and care.
