MERIDIAN AT ANAHEIM HILLS, THE

My wife and i enjoyed our tour of The Meridian at Anaheim Hills. It is a modern facility with numerous amenities. While we are at least several years from needing to move to a facility similar to Meridian, but the tour was very helpful as we consider our future options.

My wife and I are currently on the East Coast, trying to find a better living situation for my Mom here in Orange County. After visiting many other locations, we felt fortunate to finally find The Meridian and were thoroughly impressed with Jessica's service. She was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. She took time to answer all of our questions and provided us with tours, materials, recommendations for every aspect of our search. Jessica has been a pleasure to work with, always professional, reassuring, and attentive to every detail. We highly recommend The Meridian for anyone looking for a caring and supportive environment for their loved one.

I am an 83 year old woman looking for a special place to live near my daughter in Santa Ana. She made an appointment with Jessica and was impressed from the beginning. Jessica and the staff are charming, helpful, knowledgeable . The people that live there are friendly and enthusiastic. Meridian is lovely, clean, the units are perfect and wonderful place to call home. My first requirement was my doodle and she will enjoy living here as well as I will.

Excellent initial tour with Jaydell at the Meridian. The facility is clean and beautiful. The residents are engaged and have many opportunities to socialize and be productive. The information packet Jaydell provided was thorough and in addition she is very kind and knowledgeable while she answered all of our questions.

Great facility for your loved one. However, there is something to be said about staff reserving spots for themselves when policy dictates there isn't any reserve parking spots. It's been brought up to staff a few times (over several months) and well, it's been kind of swept under the rug (ignored or played dumb), so here we are. Saw this recently while visiting (see picture). So now apparently, they are "reserving" spots for a church pastor and whatever manager keeps doing it? I didn't realize it was a church. The family members of the ones that live there shouldn't have to walk further.
