I contacted Home Instead because I needed help at home while recovering from hospitalization. I was impressed with their professional approach to care. Illona came to my home to conduct an evaluation before I went to the hospital and she was very kind. She explained to my husband and I what to expect and we just loved her. Once I came home they sent two different caregivers, Cynthia in particular went above and beyond what I expected to help me recover fast. I highly recommend any one who is in need for a caregiver to give them a call. You won't be dissapointed.

Home Instead has gone above and beyond to ease our way caring for our parents. Caregiver Ben has provided incredible care to our parents. Whether helping Dad with exercises, checking on Moms needs, preparing breakfast or handling chores like dishes and trash - he is always thoughtful and dependable. He never needs prompting & has a calm respectful demeanor which brings comfort to everyone around him. His genuine kindness makes him an exceptional caregiver & wonderful person to have in our lives.

We engaged the services of Home Instead Torrance to help us take care of our mom, who has Alzheimer's dementia, and we could not have been more pleased with their quality of care. We had the great pleasure of having Helen as our caregiver -- she came on Saturday afternoons to help our mom and give me some respite time, as I am the primary caregiver. Helen was fantastic -- I cannot say enough good things about her! She was patient, kind, and gentle with my mom, and my mom loved her. Her kind and warm personality made her comfortable to be around. She also had a wide range of skills and experience that included previous work with dementia patients, as well as food prep and house cleaning/maintenance skills. It was wonderful knowing that such a capable person was there to help take care of our mom, as well as assist with other related responsibilities to help lighten our load. We love Helen and Home Instead!
