MERIDIAN MANOR 3 SPECIAL RES FAC FOR ELDERLY(RCFE)

This facility appeals to the eye. However, the care in their memory care facility is lacking. There are no activities for the residents. They have lost most of my sisters clothes and have given her someone else's clothes that don't fit. The clothes given to her had other residents nametags on them. During the daytime that I spent with my sister, no one was offered any water to drink. I would not recommend this facility for memory care patients!

Westmont of Morgan Hill has been an absolute blessing for my Mom. The staff is kind, attentive, and genuinely cares for the residents. They go above and beyond to ensure everyone’s comfort and well-being. For example, I'm particularly grateful for the care provided by the Director, Ria, who went out of her way to pick up a personal care item from the store for my Mom that she had run out of while I was away on vacation. This small act of kindness speaks volumes about the level of care and compassion at Westmont. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and offers a variety of activities to keep residents engaged such as Bingo, Jeopardy, movie nights, etc. The meals are nutritious and served in the style of a full-service restaurant . I highly recommend Westmont of Morgan Hill to anyone seeking a warm, supportive, and loving community for their loved ones.

My mom has been living at Westmont for over a year. We are so pleased with the facility and staff. They are attentive and take a personal interest in the residents. We appreciate the caring they show to be sure mom eats daily and takes medications. If there are ever any issues the staff reaches out to resolve timely and are also receptive with any concerns we have. I would highly recommend the facility to anyone looking for an assisted living facility.

Westmont of Morgan Hill is a very nice community. My mother has been a resident there since it first opened in 2011. She started out in independent living and as her health declined she has moved into assisted living with memory care. Throughout her stay there, now going on 12 years, the staff and management has treated her with great care and dignity. I’m always able to meet with the management staff and discuss her care and needs in an open and professional manner. I can drop by and visit at anytime and have always encountered a friendly and caring environment.
