MERRILL GARDENS AT BRENTWOOD

Such an amazing facility with such kind staff! My grandparent lives here and we just attended a Halloweeen event, and it was truly fun for all! I love the facility and staff. The events they throw are always a good time! Thank you Merrill Gardens!

I’ve toured over 30 retirement communities around the Bay Area for my job, and Merrill Gardens in Brentwood truly stands out as my top pick! The cozy location, elegant atmosphere, and welcoming culture make it feel like home. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive — and Michele and Marie in the front office are absolute gems! They’re always ready with a warm smile, helpful answers, and great recommendations.

The staff has been extremely helpful in the transition could not be anymore helpful .The food is good the selections are decent. noticed the lobby or dining area little to warm for me. the transition period was a lot faster than i expected couldn't be more happy for the selection of Merrill Gardens for my mother that i know she is in a safe and caring place.

Unsurpassed!!! The best first impression EVER! The facility is like being in a 5 Star hotel. Jennifer Birkland is solid gold on every level! She is warm, welcoming, completely knowledgeable and will answer every question. She is the heart of the facility and her energy is infectious. The residents are so up beat, friendly, and welcoming. Diane in the dining room is phenomenal and we loved meeting the GM, too! The apartments are so beautiful and so functionally laid out. The grounds and amenities are fantastic. They create a calendar of endless activities. My 95 year old father is the most difficult to impress. He could not get over Merrill Gardens in Brentwood! He said yes to moving there before we even left and it’s a really big deal for him to go into assisted living! They also provide various levels of additional care, so I can rest at ease that he will be in a safe and comforting environment. I really don’t have enough words to say! It’s that amazing and so are the people who run it!

Had a super tour and nice lunch today with Jennifer Birkland, Community Relations Director. The facility and the amenities are outstanding. It would be hard to suggest any possible improvements. I found Jennifer to be an excellent representative for Merrill Gardens. Her knowledge of the property and her warm and friendly personality made the tour even better for me.
