MerryWood on Park

The majority of the staff are wonderful and I believe have good intentions. The community itself is beautiful. Unfortunately for our family, I do not feel like those sentiments translate to the director. She does not seem to prioritize communication or taking responsibility for mistakes that have been made.

When shopping for a community for my 86 year old mom to move to, we feel in love with MerryWood on Park. Rebecca and the staff there were so helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to answer questions before I even asked them! When we visited, we met several residents and ate in the delicious dining room. Friendliness and great customer service made this stressful process easy and smooth.

I’ve tuned piano’s here on and off for decades but now I have a close friend who is a resident and see things from a different perspective. So far I’ve been very impressed with the care she’s receiving. I’m happy her family chose this place.

I love Merrywood on Park!!! my mother has lived there for six months now and was nervous at first but now she loves it! The dining room is lovely. They have theme dinners and parties, musical performances, movie nights, group outtings,meditations, and exercise classes. It’s like living at a resort! She’s made so many lovely friends and is enjoying being involved in her new community.

My mother (81) has been at Merrywood on Park for four months. She has thrived at this community. The best part about this community is the people. They are very welcoming. It is hard to explain but when you visit, you will definitely catch the vibe if it’s for you. The activities are plentiful and there is something for everyone should you choose to join. The staff is wonderful and helpful. All of the people that live here had their choice of communities and they all chose Merrywood. The apartments are very spacious compared to some of the other communities and the 2br porches are really nice.
