MESAVIEW SENIOR ASSISTED LIVING

My Dad has been at MesaView for a little over a week. I can't say enough good things about this wonderful place. They have the best of a board and care and the best of a facility and none of the bad of those places. I've spent at least 5 hours a day there every day and the staff have shown over and over that they really care. They have made efforts above and beyond my expectations to make my Dad feel at home, cared for, and even loved. They have also made me and my family feel at home when we are there. Dad's dementia got so much worse that we could no longer care for him. They worked with us to get him in and comfortable so quickly after a fall at home that made his needs dramatically worse. They moved him closer than we had arranged so they could keep a closer eye on him and be quicker to help him. I love that there are plenty of people there that just need assisted living too. The variety is so good for him. The pet tortoise there provides Dad with entertainment that suits him. They have activities programmed that are wonderful too. The grounds are beautiful. Gigi and Iliana run this place so well. Wonderful staff, wonderful facilities, wonderful price, wonderfully administrated, and the meals look amazing. They did stock my Dads favorites when he did not want to eat and now he is eating again. I met the owner, Jeff, and he seems to be genuinely kind too. Every day I feel more and more confident that he is in the best place I could ever hope for. Thank you to Gigi, Iliana, Sonia, Chris, Carlos, Daniel, Carina, Alia, Maria and the rest of the staff for your patience and care! I hope to learn the names of more of you. It's just this place is well staffed and I'm still learning names.

Our family is so grateful to have our sweet sibling being cared for by the Mesa View staff. She has been there for four years and has received wonderful care. It’s been a true blessing for my sister and a big relief for our family. Thank you, 🙏🏻 Mesa View.

I found MesaView through a placement advocate. Once I met the director and staff, I knew I wanted my Dad here. The care is hands on the best, we unfortunately were here only a short time. Staff member Monica was with me almost the whole time Dad was transitioning, she showed compassion and caring until the end. I would highly recommend for all my family and friends. Can't say enough about the great support.

My father spent a short time here but, during that short stay, the staff was incredible and very kind. The staff would sometimes cook him off menu items because he was such a persnickety eater. The staff did an amazing job keeping me informed of my father’s care and condition. There were plenty of activities available to keep the residents entertained, even a pet tortoise for the residents to see, and a lovely courtyard that was very peaceful. The facility was undergoing a renovation at the time, so I bet it is looking very nice now. Also, the facility had very competitive and easy to understand rates.

The Mesa View staff has been wonderful with my dad. He has diabetes and does not always follow the rules of what he should and should not eat, but they monitor him closely. They keep in touch with me and let me know if his sugar levels are high or low. I want to acknowledge the med techs who are phenomenal! Also the girl who checks in on him and cleans his room rearranged his furniture to allow him to have easier access with his walker, and hung some of his pictures in his room so it feels a bit more like home. In fact everyone has been amazing, and I have complete confidence in my dad's care at Mesa View. The facilities are attractive and clean, the food looks fresh, and the activities are meaningful.
